Discrimination Elimination Policy

The company actively supports the elimination of any discrimination based on race, nationality, social origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, family status, political opinions, age, or any other situation that leads to inequality of opportunity or treatment in the workplace. For this reason, the company has prepared and incorporated a policy to eliminate discrimination and promote gender equality in the work environment.

Specifically, the company does not allow discrimination in matters of recruitment, training, promotion, remuneration and benefits and promotes equality and respect for the diversity of all employees, regardless of race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or political beliefs, as it shows no tolerance for any form of harassment, physical, verbal or sexual.

This policy is communicated to all employees and suppliers and is an integral part of the company’s corporate social responsibility.
